Superb day! Despite twice going for fumes from the petrol tank:

1. literally spluttered to a haunt at the ESso garage midday as we targeted the Shell garage (too close & good luck on my side)
2. Turning the engine off to save fuel coasting downhill into Jedburgh (funny as) having missed the Corbridge stop heading home in the A68 (never again). Made it though! 47 miles on yellow light

Nearly running out of fuel twice in the same day and making the petrol station both times is extremely lucky.

Two negatives make a positive but only in Scotland do two positives make a negative - 'Aye right.'

S2 Exige
BMW 435d M Sport - 375bhp..... and stops now (big brakes!😁)

I'll take enthusiastic carelessness with full pride. Makes it more fun! Coasting down hill into Jedburgh was a novelty :damnfunny

Had a great trip. Great to see everyone, really enjoyed the journey down once we got through the traffic.

Croft was excellent as usual. Thanks to D for the pax laps. V6 = EPIC car, so fast and the noise! :love

Journey back went by in a flash. ;) Love that road.

Til the next one! :cheers

Brilliant day at Croft yesterday. For those lucky enough to be coming to Spa tomorrow I would recommend getting there as early as possible and getting down to the circuit for the Summer Classic. Free entry to circuit and paddock 2 min walk from Hotel la Source and THE most amazing collection of racing saloons and sports cars. I have seen cars I had forgotten existed
