Re: SIDC - Saturday 30th September 2017 - Knockhill
John, will Ronnie be on site Saturday. Thinking I will need some new rubber before the day is out
Re: SIDC - Saturday 30th September 2017 - Knockhill
OK Cammy, will give you an ETA, but reckon around 0700.
Ronnie now has his own permanent shop at KH. Suggest you give him a ring on 01764 662897 and let him know what tyres you want.

Two negatives make a positive but only in Scotland do two positives make a negative - 'Aye right.'

The flip up makes the first pic harder to interpret I guess.

What time are you passing my door Ewan? I'm considering coming down for a mooch around.Super7 wrote:Looking forward to meeting you all again and of course, a good thrash.
I'm trailering the caterham down though, so I will have to leave a bit earlier than the group. I won't be at garthdee but I'll probably see you all blast past somewhere after Perth if my timing is right.
If anybody needs to put stuff on the trailer either direction, get in touch.
Alternatively tut I could drive you down and back as far a Newburgh if that helps. Not exactly en route for you these days though...

Thanks Ali, but the pax seat is a retrograde step for me.
I was driving for 10 hours on Saturday with a 1 hour break at Clachtoll and fuel stops, so OK when in the drivers seat. However if it is not on a fun run or track, the sheer drudgery and boredom of A and M/W roads to get somewhere is wearing. Same for everybody but gets more difficult with age, distances seem twice as long as they used to.
At least Keith to KH at 0530 on a Sat via the Lecht and Glenshee is more than most drivers could wish for to get to a Trackday.

You should be warmed up by KH.
Mind out for the crows and pigeons, loads about on Sunday.
