Theoretically you need what you mentioned David although I've not bothered with a GB/Ecosse sticker or headlight adjustment (as they are so weak anyway). I have a triangle, bulb kit and high vis in my tool bag as a matter of course.
Note Belgium has more requirements than Netherlands, they just recommendsh...

Ive already booked the AA European breakdown cover ..... .£68 for the 5 days - best cover.

nicking the Triangle out the BMW, bought a kit from Amazon, - bulbs - fuses, breathalysers etc

apparently i need to take spare specs !

also - advised to take my spare key (according to Craig M)

Always carry your spare keys separate to your main keys.

Regardless of any other spares, take the two smallest, oil cap and water tank cap.
