Hi Scott, cheers for the tag, Colin got some really good shots of my car. It’s a 20th anniversary so based on the supercharged elise, what about your s1? Seems to corner really flat and you can carry a lot more speed in the corners than me as I am standard suspension, brakes etc

If you have footage of when I passed and was in front of you feel free to send on to me to look at!!!
Found the video with you in it. I pull over and you basically disappear! you are pulling 5 or 6 cars on me up the hill. Uploading it now.

Spec wise mines has a mild cam upgrade decat and the 52mm throttle body. Exhaust of some description made from stainless - dont know the manufacturer. receipts say its a PTP140 upgrade. so around 140 bhp.

Brakes are standard disks with CL pads and braided lines.

Suspension is Nitron SS2's running a half way house between 240R road and track GEO settings.

I've got AD08R tyres. No idea where ill go tyre wise next as they have been replaced with the AD08RS which is getting mixed reviews.

Sounds like a decent balanced package on your car, it can shift around Knockhill!!

think it helps an Elise in general being tight and twisty apart from the start finish straight, that pull up the hill is amplified compared to higher power cars.

Ive just gone for Yokohama AO52s all round on my car, they feel really good although the wear rate will be up and only 5mm of tread from new. I don’t do anymore than 1000 miles a year so fine for me. Maybe try them?

Is that a wee lap timer in the corner? If so you need to be careful with these as you will get a bollocking if caught. :thumbsup

Ive actually got a set to fit but I wasn’t happy with the way they sat on the standard seats. I’d need to replace the seats to do it properly or cut holes in the seats for the harness. Don’t like the cutting holes idea and seats aren’t cheap.
