'97 K head had around 45k miles when removed a couple of years ago, complete with valves, cams, pulleys, etc. (Does not include cam cover)

Reportedly the early head's were better castings for porting and don't suffer form the same porosity. Came off my car so I could fit my DIY E-bay special, dry stored since.

Had no problems with head gaskets, porosity, etc.
(Search for my old posts, there would have been loads of whining if it had)

£150 + shipping, or come and get it as you pass on the M6 :)
