Yep, the headlamp bevels are thinner on 135 and 111 clams as they were all shipped with headlamp covers as std. Regular cars had regular bevels, upon which if you sat a 135 or 111 cover it would be slightly proud. I did this with mine when new and to be honest they fit fine,actually.
But in your case, it's other way around...Eliseparts sell two types, the 2nd is modified to be a bit thinner to fit std clams better. Technically these might sit a bit low in your car. OTOH when you fit them, just be generous with the foam tape or silicone and I'm sure they can rise to the occasion!
Check against std Lotus costs at B&C in case they are cheaper. Eliseparts aren't always the best value in town.
