S1 Manifold needed May take full sports system

Hi can anyone help it was MOT time and yes the lambda sensor was nacked then of course it stripped the threads on removal even with heat so I am either looking for 1 someone to repair. 2 a replacement manifold or 3 a second hand system. 4 but im a skinflint and dont want to spend too much cash. If you guys or gals out there have any of the above please let me know cheers.07597912324
