If not, where is the best place to get one at present?

Went back for a coffe to his borrowed pad. Five bedroomed job in Queens Road, and smooth as a rat catchers glove.

Car is immaculate, he was just fitting his personalised plates, so rarin to go.

Meant to say that he actually bought it with a personalised plate, but has bought another one.
