2000 Sport 160 in Titanium on 75000 Miles. I’ve owned it for over 7.5 years being the 3rd owner. It was a Lotus manager’s car for 10 months and was then sold by Graeme at Murrays in Edinburgh to a man in Rutherglen. It is HPI clear.

The car has always had black leather seats from the 111S/standard Exige fitted. It has the single airbox, Janspeed supersport and a titanium de-cat, so should deliver the full 160 horses. The wheelcaps missing in the photos were off for a balance earlier that day & are now fitted.

The car has recently had many new part fitted. This is an Elise that shouldn’t generate big bills for typical repairs for another few years; the suspension units are new, the head gasket has been attended to, Elise Parts Pressure Relief Thermostat fitted, new clutch, ball-joints, alternator and more, see below for the full details. The bodywork isn't perfect as befits the miles with a few small blisters and small scratches. The car now drives very well with a sound track from the 160 engine no other elise variant can match. The car will come with an MOT until late November 2013 and a fresh service.

It's had the following fitted in the past 6k:
8 new ball joints.
Re-furbed steering rack (Track rod ends have low miles) fitted within 1k.
Nitron Street Series.
New Alternator.
New Clutch
Full service inc Belts & fluids
PRRT Fitted
New clutch slave & EP support bracket.
Low mile rear calipers.
Pagid RS 4-2 all round.
New rear Discs (Stu’s muzs nutz to match the fronts)
New main hand brake cable.
The roof was refurbed with the 3 stage Renovo kit so it’s dark black again and totally water tight.
Fresh Geo to standard motorsport/160 settings.
Fresh Coolant.
Rear wishbones painted with POR 15 (fronts done a while ago).

It also has:
Braided brake lines.
New Brake master cylinder at approx. 55k.
New front Calipers at approx. 60k
Toe link joints replaced with the latest revision K series factory items at approx. 55k (no wear present).
Stick-on front plate below the grille
Oil cooler lines replaced at approx. 60k.
Replacement upper steering rack.
+ probably more I can’t remember.

I’ve loved my time with the car and I’m loathe to part with it but; all of the recent work done to the car was completed with a view to long-term ownership. Just have the itch again.

£11490.
