Subaru Forester

I am not sure how serious I am about selling the forester as it is a great car, but I have seen a Forester turbo that I quite fancy, so thought I put it up for sale, if it goes it goes, if not, ill keep it.

2003 Subaru Forester X All Weather Package

I have owned the car for 2 years, initially bought as an in-between car, but I really liked it and decided to keep it. The forester has taken us all over the country with the dogs and never let us down, it has been used to do the odd bit of towing too, which it is great for.

It's a great daily driver, returns OK fuel consumption, extremely capable car in all weathers, ideal for lugging the dogs around in the huge boot, has a tow bar with fully working electrics.

Being the all weather package it has the following extras
heated seats,
Heated mirrors,
Heated lower windscreen,
Front fog lights,
cruise control
Headlight washers
Panoramic Sunroof

The car has recently undergone a major service, the following work was done less than 3k miles ago.

New Spark plugs,
New Plug leads
New Rocker cover gaskets
New sump + gasket
New clutch, release bearing and pressure plate
New rear springs and shocks.
New wiper blades
Oil and filter change
Brake fluid change
Brake discs and pads (front)

The wheels pictured on the car have Kumho Izen winter tyres on them that were new this season, these are available by separate negotiation, the reason for selling the car is because I am looking to buy a forester turbo, so I will likely keep them.

The standard wheels have good tires and are in good condition.

As this car has covered 160k miles do not expect it to be in showroom condition, it has some small scrapes and car park dings on it and the near side rear arch is showing signs of rust bubbling. The exhaust could also be given some attention, it has an after let stainless steel one fitted that is leaking a little. There is also some lacquer peel on the roof, but purely cosmetic.

The interior is very tidy as the car has been fitted with seat covers its whole life and fitted with a boot liner also.
