Hi guys, Im selling my Yamaha Waverunner XL800 JET SKI

I am the second owner of it, its a 2002 model with 180hours on it, I bought it in February this year and had it serviced (full oil top up and spark plug change) at Ferry marine livingston. I have had it out 7 times since then and starts first time every time, this comes with trailer and a new jockey wheel which i bought the original wheel will be supplied too, also original yamaha outdoor cover which are around £300-400 to buy normally. It is a two stroke engine which is much more reliable than the 4 strokes which need serviced every year, the two strokes just need a spark plug change with isn't costly at all, the fuel tank is 70L and the oil tank is 18L they are self mixing so you have two separate tanks where your pour fuel / oil into, the yamalube marine oil is £12.50 a litre, i currently have a full tank (£225 worth) in the ski which will be included in the sale price,

This ski will do 78kph top speed on fresh water or when the sea is like a sheet of glass, which is around 50mph FAST ENOUGH ! on water.....the handling/turning on this ski in particular is unreal ! its like an exige S on water!.

This ski has reverse however the reverse cable is broken and was when i bought it but its not a big issue at all as you barely won't ever need reverse unless you want to explore caves and can't turn the ski in a tight area, the price of a new reverse cable at ferry marine supplied and fitted is £75, This has been used in fresh water and also the sea and flushed out after every use, flush out hose included. As expected on a 2002 ski there are your general scuffs on the bottom of the hull and a few like scratches on the body work, No actual body damage though.

I was looking for £3000 but due to the reverse cable i will take £2900.
Reason for the sale is i am buy-in a brand new Yamaha from stirling marine and it would be silly to have two sitting in the garage.
