Lotus Exige S 240PP + Sports pack
2008 ’08 car in burnt orange. Updated dash model. 28,725 miles and FSH from Murray Lotus since new. It has just had its annual service and MOT last week so nothing to pay maintenance wise for a year. MOT has no advisories.
This is a highly spec’d car, up towards the top end of the S2 Exige range. The Performance Pack is a £3k addition providing an extra 20+bhp, full roof scoop, nine stage variable traction control and launch control (the latter never used by me or previous owner). The car also has air conditioning, leather probax seats with orange contrast stitching, lightweight forged alloys, AP racing 4 pot brake calipers on the front with Pagid RS14 pads, floating bell front brake discs and paint protection film to front. Note, as to be expected for age of car there are 1 or 2 small marks where the film has done its job re stopping stone chips. A full set of Yokohama AD08R tyres were fitted, as well as brand new pagid pads to the rear last month.
In addition to the above the following has been added to the car:
- 2ubular exhaust.
- Nitron NTR adjustable dampers with Eibach RS coilovers + helper springs. The car spent the day at Steve Guglielmi Motorsport to have these fitted and set up correctly with settings supplied for both road and track use. (receipt for £2.5k)
- Uprated Eliseparts toe end links were installed at same time as the suspension and car also has the uprated (yellow) anti roll bars fitted.
- TRD air box fitted.
- Schroth harness for driver (seatbelt still fitted - harness can be tucked away behind seat when not in use).
- Soft-top conversion kit fitted allowing Elise soft-top to be used in place of hard-top.
The car has had the Lotus oil cooler pipes recall performed and at the same time I arranged for Murray Lotus to re-paint the mesh grills and tow-post. An air-con re-boost was also performed last year.
Overall the car is in excellent condition, runs flawlessly and I have spent a bit recently to ensure it is in top condition for sale. Two sets of car keys and a folder full of receipts & service schedules.
