Due to a new business venture, I am now needing to sell some of my toys. I purchased this car off Dave Hay from this forum in jan 2014. Since then I have spend a fortune on the car to make it a good all round road/track car. The car has 45,000 with full service history.
Since buying the car, i have done the following:
Full suspension refurb to include new wheel bearings, ball joints, wishbones repainted and fitted with nitron spherical bearings, nitron ntr 46 fast road shocks, elise parts uprated rear toe links, new track rod ends and full 4 wheel alignment to 340r set up.
Low mileage mg zr 160 vvc engine fitted with remap to 170 bhp allowing for 2bular 4 branch manifold, decat and induction kit, mems 3 ecu fitted allowing further remap potential. Baffled sump fitted, timing belt and all rollers etc was done circa 2,000 miles ago. The engine also had a top end upgrade with oil rail and head gasket at dreadnaught before I bought the mg donor car. I have fitted a laminova oil cooler and uprated radiator. Whilst doing the engine upgrade, I fitted an exige lower ratio gearbox which came out of a 23,000 car. At tiem of upgrade also fitted vibra technics engine mounts.
Internally, I have fitted a 6 point safety devices roll cage, late s2 seats with harness holes, steering wheel re trimmed in alcantara by royal.
S160 rear spoiler, front splitter and extended rear diffuser. Here a set of victory 160 wheels with ad08 tyres and a second set of awi wheels with almost new ad08 tyres. Brand new hood fitted 2015.
Gutted to be offering this for sale but won't have time to keep it. I am looking for £12k which I appreciate is strong money but it is a good straight car which is ready to go with no work/upgrading
