Clever freewheel hub (can be pedalled forward or reverse) and hand-operated brake.
Recent strip down, chain serviced, all cleaned up and reassembled with fresh inner tubes all round. Been kept in good running order but has a few chips and dings and some rust here or there. Easy weekend project for a budding junior engineer!
Bought for James in 2013 and he and his sister have had loads of fun with it since. But it's seeing less use now so time for a new home.
The Berg Classic is a large pedal go kart suitable for children from around 5-6 right through to adult (I have pedalled it a few times no problem). Moveable seat for different age / size drivers.
Also has a "pillion" passenger seat but make sure the heavier person is in the front seat
Includes trailer hitch (no trailer included!).
Originally shipped with tubeless tyres but they have weathered a bit so 4 brand new inner tubes recently fitted.
Will last for ages as spare parts can be obtained from Berg.
