My 2010 2+2, Manual, NA Evora in Persian with black interior is now for sale. It ticked over 79k a few weeks ago, has a fresh year’s MOT (valid unytil July 31st) and has had quite a few of the usual jobs done since I picked it up last year* and by the last owner.

The car has the factory sports pack inc titanium tipped exhaust (a civilised noise level but more interesting note than standard) and almost all of the tech pack retrofitted Inc folding mirrors, cruise, a Pioneer double din with car-play and reversing camera.

I nearly bought this very car 8 years ago and know the owner front that time very well (via Scottish Elise's; Campbell Ford and CJM) but chose to focus on buying a house at that point. The Evora then lived with it's next owner for 7 years around the corner from the house we ended up buying. On the second time of looking for one, it took me a while to buy an Evora, but with the provenance this car has, the great colour and it's condition, it was an easy buy. Selling the Evora was not part of the plan, however an unexpected change of commute coming up means I'll no longer cycle to work most days, so it’ll be replaced by a sensible commuter.

The car has been looked after by Craig Moncrief in Edinburgh both at Murray Lotus and then at his independent workshop from new until I bought it. The previous owner has the clutch and flywheel changed for new Evora 400 spec items at around 65k. The previous owner also fitted new discs and pads all round a few thousand miles before I bought, all have plenty of life left. The car has good Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres on all 4 wheels plus a set of Continental winter tyres with plenty of tread available by separate discussion.



*Work done by me includes isn’t limited to:

• Polished & sealed headlights with new osram night breaker bulbs.

• Front end removed, grilles removed and painted using a marine grade epoxy primer base & black top coat. All (I think) bolts replaced with equivalents or A4 grade stainless as appropriate, plenty of tef gel used either way. New scrivets fitted throughout and many Rivnuts replaced along the way.

• New AC condenser and dryer receiver (plus o rings and oil as appropriate) and system re-gassed. The AC is working very well now.

• Radiator removed at the same time as the AC condenser was changed (they're bolted together) inspected and tested at a local specialist. New coolant cap and full coolant flush carried out.

• New poly ARB bushes all round (no harsher but are longer lasting)

• New fuel cap tether, Bosch wiper, new boot struts, new OEM carpet mats, new pollen filter

• Refurbished original wheels with new OEM spec chrome bolts, new centre caps and refreshed brake callipers behind.

• Rear light rings painted satin black to match the later cars
