VW Passat 1.8 20V Sport

Post by dlogan » Fri Feb 09, 2007 9:32 am

VW Passat 1.8 20V Sport
4 door saloon, Black with black and grey sports interior, 1998 R Reg. 75,000miles, FSH (Dealer and VAG Specialist), Electric mirrors, sunroof, windows x4, 1 previous owner, 8 speaker Gamma Stereo, height adjustable seats with lumbar support. Rear Headrests, centre front and rear armrest. 16 inch VW alloys. Trip Computer. Leather wheel, h/brake and gearknob. MOT and TAX. New Cat fitted in Dec 06.
This car is a great daily driver. It’s been well looked after and I have had it just about 2 years. Mechanically its sound, the only fault I know of is the c/l plipper is not working so you have to use the key to get in. (Hardship I know).
I have committed to a new car for mid April, and will let it go around beginning of April.
Let me know if anyone is interested.
Photos available.

Dave,

Argh. Had it been an estate I would have been talking to you at more length. Good luck with the sale, tidy car for the load-lugger brigade!

Cheers Campbell.
Its been a great car but my dads car has become available at too good a price to pass on. Otherwise I am unable to find a reason of why I would want to sell the vw.
Cheers

Stu, TT is not type approved for towing. He is mumbling about van hire etc. Or putting a towbar on my sisters vectra.
The BM has a detachable towbar worth 1200squid, and he makes the point that that would pay for quite a few van rentals!!

Campbell. Cheers, cant wait to get my mitts on it.

Ross, you know the Passat drives well and is a great mile muncher.

Cheers
