My mint Blue S2 £15995 ono
Michael. I was trying to sell an identical car to yours this time last year.
It was a 52 plate, cobalt blue port tourer with short roof, with factory hard top, 19k miles, and it was truly mint.
I got £15,600 for it after trying to sell it for what seemed like an age.
Looks like you have priced it nearer to its value.
Not trying to disapoint you, but as the guys have already said, its only worth what someone will pay for it.

IIRC Andy Aitken (has a VX now) bought a silver S2 ST on an 02 plate last year for about the same as that Dave. And now that you mention it, I think I remember seeing your car advertised for a while last year.
Still, someone will want it, it's just a matter of hanging on to it for a while and it's summer so roof off while you have it

Si,
Andy actually drove mine as he was interested, but at the time blue wasnt his first choice. He went silver instead of the rather spiffing cobalt blue.
I tried for ages to get rid of mine. Was the cheapest S2 of its age for a long time nationally on Autotrader and p/heads but I think the distance of trevelling to Aberdeen put most off.
bizarre then that the chap that bought it flew up from Southampton
He was a happy man.
