Got some bad news last night, the tennant in our Glasgow flat is moving out at the end of the month. Couldn't have come at a worse time with the wedding coming up, but hey ho :)

So, Flat 100 (2FL) Novar Drive is now up for rent. Its a pretty big 1 bed flat, with a mahoosive livingroom with bay wondow, large bedroom, dining room and a small kitchen. Bathroom too obviously. Brand new combi boiler. You could easily turn the livingroom into a 2nd bedroom and have the diningroom as the livingroom if you wanted to.

Rent was £575 pcm for the tenant (fully firnished) but we're more than happy to cut a deal for a fellow S_E'er.

Worst comes to the worst, we might have to sell, so if anyone's in the market to buy, drop me a pm :thumbsup
