This is the genuine article, the caterham everybody recommends people buy, with all the toys, has won class in every event I have entered, it's a race car that is road legal and would require some touching up to be the polishers delight . . . no hiding it, no point in expecting polishing perfection . . . that's the way it is . . .
Car is ex Malcolm Johnstone and thus ex a lot of track milage from him, and I've basically only used it in competition and on track, will sell with a full road MOT until July 2009 and everything you need to get it through a real MOT with no hassles.
58 second laps at KH are easily possible with sensible tyres . . . less if you have larger balls.

Over and above the ad . . . it has a spa oil temp and pressure digital gauge fitted (very good) and uprated front hubs and stub axles (read the second link for the reason why) at about 300+ quid for the parts . . . and an uprated LHS front engine mount . . . ongoing maintainance . . . new parts are very cheap compared to a weekends event/travel/accomodation fees . . . the car is solid, very fast, and bright orange - mclaren ornage in fact.
