The car has been sat with the engine and box out since June as it has had a cylinder liner failure so will need a new liner. (I have been told the damage would most likely have been caused when the engine was initially being mapped, I'm gutted as I love the car and it owes me so much, owned since 1999) A set of cast liners, new rings and a gasket set should cost no more than £500.. The engine is split at the moment so can be inspected....I no longer have the time or money to fix it as we are expecting a baby in April so am open to serious offers....
