Is the seller you used any good, as I need a pair. They're only £40 inc postage, and for big footed drivers they prob make sense.

Oh dear next it will be racing gloves to fit in, and then a fully blown Esparco suit!!!!
Still ed, a better choice than your loafers, they deserve an hour off every week!

Now, there is a lot of tosh talked about this... TBH, after some of the more recent threads nationally about cars combusting, I'm seriously considering getting a nomex suit for trackdays.
Fully realise that there will be people thinking I'm a wannabe racing driver twat, but if it's that or horrendous burns......
My boots are FIA approved, my next boots will be FIA approved and I'd urge folk to think about the dangers of trackdays as well as the fun. If you're in any doubt, I'm sure somebody can post up a picture of the Audi engined "Satan" that blew at a TD recently......

i have also been thinking about a race suit. i'm considering going racing this year, so would be buying a suit anyway. to be honest, the chances of it are very slim, and if i wasnt going racing i wouldnt bother, but i may aswell get my moneys worth out of it.

My 2p is that it will soon be a requirement for trackdays.
I would seriously get one if I didn't think I would look like a tellytubbie in it.
