When I was looking to buy, the priority for me was a garage to for my then proposed Exige purchase but to still live as central as possible. The garage is nice and wide and can hold a motorbike next to the car.
Downstairs is the living room/dining area opening out onto the patio so perfect for unplanned barbeque's. At street level is the garage and kitchen. Then upstairs there is the bedroom and shower room.
