Kitchen clearance - everything must go

Post by campbell » Wed Apr 13, 2011 9:54 pm

We are about to replace our kitchen.

The outgoing stuff is generally pretty old, however all is still functional and has good potential for garage shelving / cupboards or for a shed or the like. Have both 600 deep lower units and 285 deep wall units. Also some 1200 x 600 worktop in dark wood veneer finish, luvverly.

Some of this may already be reserved by my dear brother but should still have a few bits knocking around.

Also may have (unless Lisa has offloaded these already):

Ariston freestanding dishwasher

Valor freestanding gas oven / grill / 4-ring hob in classique brown finish with hinged glass cover (oven door catch has failed but stays closed fine, one of the ring igniters has failed but nothing a platinum spark plug won't fix!)

Following shortly after, will have approx 5m x 4 m and 4m x 3m of light beige wool carpet (well it used to be beige) which although well worn, has the potential for a cossetted garage floor or perhaps on a loft floor? Not too presentable in the dining area section (smaller of the two) but a fair bit of the lounge area section (larger piece) is OK and it would all probably clean up really well with a proper Carpet Doctor treatment. We used to get this every couple of years and were astounded at how well it restored. Originally a very high quality carpet I think.

All items free but you would need to collect. Will start to become available early to middle of next week I think but we'll not be hanging onto them long, obviously.

If any of the above are of interest, email me - campbell underscore ford on the popular domain of hotmail dot com (more useable than PMs, I find), or just call me on 07768 813031.

cheers

Campbell
