Just upgraded our hoselock hoze, now have the previous plastic reel going spare.

The central valve thingy failed so it reelly is just a reel (geddit) but if you have a stack of hose in a big tangle, it's probably better than nothing.

Free to good home naturally, might deliver or find a way for SE Pony Express to assist.
