Typically, bought by me off Ebay a couple of months ago and still sitting unused by me. Big suspension bill pending so this has to go. Below is the text from the Ebay ad;
This is a quality and expensive item when new. It is guaranteed 100 % genuine Momo steering wheel (Diameter = 320mm ) and Snap Off boss kit (there are plenty of cheaper fakes/counterfeit about).
It was fitted new to my Lotus Elise Mk 1 as an aftermarket fitment and used on my car for less than 5k miles.
It has been sitting on a shelf in my garage gathering dust for a few years and is surplus to requirements.
It may be suitable for fitment to other marques e.g.Caterham , Westfield ?
Electrical connection for push button horn.
All in excellent condition.
The only issue is that I have mislaid the key which locks the steering wheel on to the boss (see pic 4) . However this does NOT affect the form fit or function as this key is only required to prevent unauthorised removal of the steering wheel from the car. The steering wheel itself is securely attached onto the boss via alternative means via 2 spring load pins on either side of the boss. The key can be easily /cheaply obtained via Momo distributors if required.
