Reverent built MS2 DIY PnP ‘Enchanced’ ECU
Part of the Miata Turbo group buy at the tail end of 2010 – Full stand alone ECU built specifically for the NB /Mk2 MX5.
This unit is not only plug and play with a brand new factory connector (ie not a pull from a Mazda ECU) but is also enhanced with the following functions:
* Digital alternator control, tuned to output 14.4V
* Battery voltage light (steady on when engine not running and voltage > 11V, blinking slowly when engine off and voltage <11V OR engine running and voltage < 13.5V, blinking rapidly when engine is running and voltage > 15.5V.
* Proper idle valve frequency through hardware multiplication: 488Hz
* A/C idle up function: the car will never stall again when you switch the A/C on
* Going WOT or over 5000rpm switches the A/C off
* Both fans turn on with the A/C
* First fan turns on at 96C, second fan turns on at 101C (configurable through the MS)
* CEL flashes slowly when coolant > 101C, flashes rapidly when coolant > 105C, is steady on when coolant > 110C
* Power steering idle up (when parked and turning the steering wheel)
* Fans turn off when VSS>120Km/h, unless seriously overheating (coolant > 110C)
* Idle valve completely off unless speed < 15km/h OR transmission is in neutral OR you are pressing the clutch pedal (helps engine braking, avoids early overrun fuel cut ending)
Brand new - To my shame, it hasn't been out the box.

Wiseco Forged Pistons – 84mm / 9:1
Forged Wiseco low compression pistons. Suitable for biiiig power – Like sticking a GT30 sized turbo on your MX5, or a bullet proof bottom end once you combine them with some forged H beam connecting rods (like M Tuned’s or ZRP's).
Secondhand – Came out of forum members car after 500 miles. Been engineering shop checked, and all within tolerance. You may / may not want to change the piston rings. (I was happy not to).
You will need to over bore your block by around 1mm to make them fit – Making your 1.8 MX5 a 1.9 MX5.

Flyin’ Miata Mk2 twin exit back box (2.5” / NA)
Bought last month, just prior to p/x'ing my car for the S2000 – Haven’t even opened the packaging yet! (These are the pics from the seller I purchased it from).
In my humble opinion, one of the best backboxes for a naturally aspirated MX5 – Quality of FM stuff is second to none, and better than the competitors offerings.
After what I paid - £160 delivered - Provisonally sold
