It was their top of the range model about 8 years ago when we moved into our new house. About 6 months ago it started to play up from time to time, not draining fully, and on rare occasions not rinsing the dishes inside properly on the standard programme. However, it always seemed to work perfectly on the intensive setting, which is a bit noisier and no doubt uses a few pence more electricty.
It is probably a straight forward and cheap fix to get working 100% again, but in its current state would make an excellent parts washer for someone's garage
