The basics:
- Specified and owned from new one Lotus Elise S in Sienna Brown with Cocoa brown leather Touring pack (leather, footmats, bit more soundproofing and cruise control).
- Black soft-top (no damage whatsoever).
- Front of clam and areas in front of the side intakes have had Defend-All chip protecting film from new.
- Alloys are unkerbed.
- Dealership fitted TRD Stage 3 airbox and exhaust fitted.
- Run in service and first main service done by the main dealer here in Edinburgh (stamped log book available of course). The service included a change in the brake fluid.
- 2 main keys and the code tag, plus all paperwork in the Lotus folder
- Collected and registered 01/03/2014, so no MOT until 03/2017 and up to 3 years unlimited mileage cover on the car and up to 8 years cover against perforation on the Lotus DNA designed chassis.
- Currently on Lotus' 50 / 50 0%APR finance, but given the structure of the HP package, dealing with this will be straight forward.
The additionals:
This car has been everything and more than I was expecting. It's also been my daily driver such has been the enjoyment. The buying experience and ownership has been excellent, but I have two young children and think I need to move this on and get something with more seats and more luggage space.
The handling, the pickup and the braking are the stuff of dreams and I'd like to think fullfill the requirements of a Lotus brand and a potential owner.
I've not had any problems with the car, bar a stone chipped windscreen which received an insurance approved Lotus screen (no pattern parts for me).
