Aberdeen flat for rent soon

My tenants have moved to Glasgow so my one bedroom flat in Aberdeen will be coming up for rent in the next few weeks - just touching up some of the paintwork before it's ready. Will be up on Gumtree once it's ready.

New (Everest) double glazing is going to be fitted in the next 6-10 weeks.
