Selling as the 0-60 times are woeful.
In all seriousness, we are selling the Dundee house. We've been steadily doing up the Newcastle house and renting out the Dundee gaff in the mean time in the hope that we may return to Dundee at some point and move back into it.
However, that looks less and less likely and tbh, I'm getting impatient about getting back into a Lotus so would rather we just sold the house and used the equity for Home improvements, mortgage reduction and a Lotus
House is valued at £175K, we have it on for £159K. Since we moved to Newcastle in 2012 it's always had tenants in it so it may be good for a property tycoon or it would equally make a good home for a young professional couple.
It's a 3 story, 3 bed town house with garage converted from an old jute mill and is close to the city center.
