The only reason we are replacing our boiler is that the previous owner replaced it (September 2013) a year before we moved in, however he under specified the oil boiler so it is not sufficient for the size of the house.
The oil boiler is a Rhino Savannah Condensing boiler external boiler (think its approx 23kw or 26kw due to the larger jet we have fitted but will confirm).
