You looking for the full one piece dash insert? I've got one going spare if Tut hasn't.
Don't go to MMC whatever you do - charged me around £70 for the two piece inserts. Money for old rope...

Guess you want number 22 (or 22a depending on finish) - Part numbers are A111V0448K or A111V0546K if buying from Lotus
Its the number 18 I've got spare...
