I pop past Autoecosse quite regularly. Always a good selection of nice cars. I am sure Rossybee has a contact there ;)

Andy

this was my car until Feb'06, its a bit on the dear side, £18K, but its the 2.7 car with a hardtop, which is very worthwhile through the winter, storage issues aside, sure the dealer is having a laugh

http://atsearch.autotrader.co.uk/www/CA ... 1263095958

Service history was OPC until 1 'specialist' in October/Nov who did service, new clutch and gearbox seal and brake fluid change

There was however a problem I think with the clutch slipping, after it had been fitted, not sure specialist is how I would describe their service.

Bloke took cold feet and as he was buying a new house he traded it to BMW straight swap against a £12K Cooper S.

I had the car for 2 1/2 years and had no real problems, attepted theft meant the roof was replaced under insurance and the bloke who bought it from me fitted the clear lens kit. Discs and pads were replaced by me, nearside top and bottom suspension components renewed to eliminate squeek.

I thought it was an excellent car, no traction but really well balanced.
if evolution don't take care of it, redesign it

The boxsters he has at the moment are rough as feck IMHO. And they have had their badges prised off by some yoofs with screwdrivers.

Although he has got a 17000miles 96P TVR cerbera 4.2 coming into stock for under £10k. I asked if it had full service history, he replied, "yes of course, well its had 3 services, coz its only done 17000miles". I turned on my heels and left pretty sharpish. Kabooom. Oh and its on Vcar.

Now, the ultima, that looks 8) on the website.
