Buy my hooose! - Hamilton 2 bed content

Post by Lazydonkey » Mon Feb 26, 2007 3:06 pm

Long shot - but just to let you guys know that my 2 bed Victorian semi (fnnarr) in Hamilton will be on the market by the end of this week / beginning of next week.

Hamilton is 15 miles from Glasgow city centre and the house is 15 mins walk away from two train stations. Nearest bus stop serving glasgow is 30 secs walk away

Blonde sandstone, built in 1910. Two massive bedrooms (master was originally the bay windowed posh lounge), refitted bathroom and kitchen, massive living room and dining room. Oh and 80ft long garden.

We've had it 3 years and spent a pretty penny on it so it's now walk in condition and very contemporary in terms of decor.

I'll chuck the schedule up when it's ready but just thought I'd let you guys know in case anyone was on the look out.

Prob be in at offers over £120k. It's a huge amount of house for the money and would be perfect for someone looking to move out of a flat and into a house. Would also consider selling ALL the furnature with it if someone was interested

Here's a wee pic of the ootside (house is on the right) with a funny plastic car parked out front.

might also be following up with another house for sale add. Me and nic have started looking for somewhere with a garage, which is the only downside of my house at the moment. Only problem is, its bloody expensive to move house nowadays.

It's even more expensive to split up with your mrs and take on a mortgage on your own :(

Although it's a measure of how much this wee plastic car has got under my skin that i'll now only consider a flat with secure parking

Oh and stop hijacking my thread

Its even more expensive to split up have to sell your your house to get the bitch out of it and then use most of your half of the money to buy a Lotus and then buy another house. But what a great feeling when it is all sorted out

Good luck with the flat hunting I am sure it will all work out well in the end. :thumbsup
