Just to add to this..
I've got the splitter on mine as well - get it off EliseParts.com and its quite a good price as there are more expensive ones kicking about..
I jacked the car up - used my own self tapping screws in 6 places (they give you 8 bolts but a lot of work involved) and its looking great
Took me about half an hour!!

Will that hold on at speed though? Would 6 self-tappers not be more likely to give way under the downforce at high speed?

not at all - i have gave it a good tug, smacked a kerb and done about 90 on the bypass and its not budged a mil... been like that for 2 months now... (unless ur talking top end then i cant comment)
got 6 heavy duty tappers from B&Q and ur good to go....!!

The eliseparts one is identical, but almost 3 times the price of mine!
I fitted mine using 8 bolts and 30mm washers to spread the load, took 40mins incl drilling time. I at first had it held on with 6, and when I hit 100 tuts on the first drive it hit the tarmac.

The elise is looking good JJ, the compomotive's really suit the car.

Amran did mention you got an elise, but thought you were after an S1 exige?

Indeed Jag the Elise has been and is now gone...... we shall see what the future holds......
Still have the wheels though

depending on what I buy I might sell them if anyones interested.

She's beautiful JJ. Looks like my new one which i picked up on Thursday! Once i saw the colour i knew that was the one for me.
