The blocks aren't heavy just slit the tapes holding the pallets together and bung them on the portacabin roof.

I'd of either

1 Nicked them

2 Shoved them out of the way
Landrover 90 = Muddy shed spec
Fiat panda = Couldn't care less spec
Landrover ?? = Muddy shrek spec
Unimog 404S = Very slow silly offroader spec
Kubota F1900 = Snowplough spec

They ain't breeze block - they are 18kN concrete block - would take a while to shift all of those (breeze block aka Thermalite are recognisable by their "scratch coat" finsh.

Looks like standard housing block to me 1000kg/m3 density, you could shift that fairly quickly with some help from the red mist. That's if the site is closed, if it's open then a quick word with the site manager along the lines of "Hello, I work for Building Control, can you move that, then we will have a brief chat about your site" should see his bluff called. Failing that a loud mobile call to directory enquiries for the number for the Health and Safety Executive to report a dangerous site should work.

Hello, is that the local pikeys? Could you use some blocks? I have a load here that are yours if you can shift them in the next 10 mins...
