Just got the Exige, hopefully taking it down to Donnington on Sunday.
Its a 06 plate, 190bhp with sports pack, K&N filter, sports exhaust and EBC brakes.
The Elise is going to Ali tomorrow for a few minor jobs before I put it up for sale!

It definitely is a step-up in performance, even below the magic 6000rpm when the 2nd cam kicks in, above that it's a monster!
The handling also has a different feel and the effect of the downforce is tangible, meaning you can go into corners with more speed and carry your momentum through the turns.
The interior is also improved, mine is pre-airbags, so looks very similar to my Elise but the switches and stalks all have a more positive feel and the alcantara is finer, the seats are the pro-bax sports seats, so no inflatable back support like the Elise, but I drove it up from Bristol with no dramas.
Overall, definitely feels like a progression from the Elise.

nice wheels Paul. I did think long and hard about this car before deciding to buy the CO one. Looks like top spec.

The seller mentioned that someone else from Scotland had enquired. I was down near Bristol for a wedding so thought I'd have a look. The previous owner is an engineer for an aerospace company, nice guy and obviously looked after the car! What spec did you go for in the end?

exactly the same spec I think although I think your car may have an induction kit. I was really taken with the colour and it was only the distance that stopped me from going to see it. I am looking forward to seeing it the flesh.
