The shot of the Megane (Mass?) off the ground is superb.

Thanks David - most cars will briefly lift a wheel at McIntyres if they take the correct tight line over the kerb, but it does need a bit of luck on the timing. First time I've see a car lift a rear wheel at the bottom of Duffus, and didn't realised I had captured that moment until I was going through the photos last night. I cropped that one quite heavily from the original so you can see the wheel off the ground in the web sized images :)

Here's my usual video  for those bored enough to watch. Best bits are towards the end where I'm mixing it with the Nissans . . . . (although at 6.30 there is a surprise on Duffus)

Sorry it is so long but thought I'd comp the sessions together and test youtube limits. The quality in the second session is poor due to a the Video Box fault :( but I've left it in to complete the record.

Not much to report other than what has already been said. Changing conditions made the day interesting - every lap slightly different. I kept the ZZR tyres on to see what they were like in the wet - better than anticipated ;) . Enjoyed the banter and meal afterwards :D

Just had a quick look at PH. Looks like it was a 7 driver called Piers. Sadly it sounds like he has some fairly nasty injuries. So, it's not the Caterham pictured here (That's David's). Anyone know Piers?

It was the PH run that I was going on on Sunday until I melted my discs at KH. Met him on the last run, it was Piers with his passenger Mike in a Caterham.

He was pretty badly smashed up especially his leg, seems from the reports that the police had no interest in helping him, just trying to accuse them of racing with a group of Ferraris. I know from experience that they were not racing, I have seen the average speed. Fortunately one of the female passengers was onto him straight away to stop the flow of blood.

"First leg was great, after that it went downhill, so many people taking wrong turns and then an accident, someone badly hurt, police out and about looking for people driving dangerously. Home time."

indeed.......yes it was a strange one everyone seemed to have lost their way from the tesco car park . i ended up following a monaro around the place, then he followed me...then i him......in the end we found our way and the roads where joy, tires nice and sticky and the loty was singing, then had a noble m400 behind (500 brake i was told later)and was flicking a few stones at him :D.....we let him pass and he shot off only to catch up with him around the corner where he nearly hit an old lady in a car stopped  it was close! nice black lines.....it was here, that we realised why she was stopped as one of the atom lads was waving at us and asking me to back up down the corner and put my hazards on.......

the girl who helped the poor lads in the 7 was the girlfriend from the noble m400 (hollowpockets) she did a fine job.......we all decided to leave when the copper started to ask some silly questions and meet up again at the castle.....

shame there wasn’t a few more SE'rs as i got allot of interest from folk about the exige.......even the noble lad looked confused when i told him it was a 1.8 n/a engine :)

anyway, Barry was the perfect host as always :cheers

I must try and keep my eye open for a PH run; sounds like a good bunch of guys, and a decent variety of cars.
