Pics from inter web show different shades. Is it the 'Miami dolphins' esque aquamarine?

Nice :thumbsup

Always thought my go to colour was Liquid Yellow but since most SE Lotus are now yellow, bright blues are gaining favour

The Rivera Blue Elise on pistonheads caught my eye and has had me pondering

yey! - finally got some tyres on - Toyo R888R's - 275 x 18's rear and 225 x 17's front, at least I can now roll the car out of the garage and have a good clear up!

slight update, engine build is almost complete, some pics of head parts before assembly, exhaust manifold, turbo and wastegate are being zircotec coated before final assembly - hoping to get this back mid October.

yes it was an AGU head engine, ported and matched to inlet/exhaust manifolds.
this is a stroker rebuild, so will be 2.0lin capacity
hoping to get some pics of head completed later so will post them up when they come through.

surprised the wheels fit to allow it to move - would have expected them to foul the clams.

top work.

20 valve engine? Noice.

Didn't Audi use a 20v badge for a while? Seems familiar!

Project is coming along nicely, blue with the gold wheels will look pretty special too :)

My old 2001 Leon Cupra was badged '20VT' on the back.
Years before that, we had a 96 1.8 A4 (non turbo) with '5V' on the engine cover, not sure if Audi ever used the 20v badge though.
