I thought the second one looked like a 7 too.

Maybe was a trials car that died up there and nobody could be bothered trying to get the shell back down.

I would concur with the thoughts that the second is an Austin 7. It's a 1930's Austin 7 Ruby.

Just a wee bit of restoration work and it would look as good as new :D
