Great photos Mark.

Tis some feeling falling at 120 when fully extended and a view like that below.

I'll be doing this soon, probably just a few hop n pops as part of conquering the fear of heights I appear to have developed. Its an odd thing, only tends to happen when I'm about 8/10s up a mountain clinging on for dear life with no protection up 'off piste' routes.

Don't whatever you do book a static line course. Been there, done that, trust me it is a total waste of time. AFF is the only way, or if you don't want to commit to full AFF, IFF is a good idea (tandem + AFF level 1).

No need to get nervous this weekend I'm afraid. The forecast for Sunday is terrible. Let me know when you reschedule. If the weather is ok next weekend I'll be down at Black Knights :thumbsup

Met for Sat is better but still a bit marginal I reckon. I'll decide tomorrow evening if it is worth going - its a bit of a trek if you don't get to jump.

No idea on the camera - some kind of high def SLR. They were taken by one of the professional camera flyers at the dropzone. SLR mounted on top of the helmet operated by a bite switch, and a a video cam on the side for debriefing footage. Don't be a ghey my old dear did it at 60

Although the guy with the paper shop round the corner's shute failed to inflate and his reserve got caught in it and he plunged to the ground.

He is ok well a couple of scrapes and bruises* etc he even had an "I am still alive party" a year later.

* what I really mean is smashed almost every bone in his body.
