Was on the phone to Grassicks today, in fact, Iain. Needed a 2nd opinion on our dealer's omission to re-gas the aircon before releasing the car to us. Stuart Lackie in Grassicks Service Dept was extremely helpful.

Oh and you have reminded me. I need to ask about our TLC vouchers too...
