Watched this video today in a health and safety induction, which shows F1 driver David Purley trying to save Roger Williamson.

First time I had seen it, shocking video.

Remember going up the Cairn O'Mount in his car and scared myself silly as the the Nitrons were too hard and the S2 tyres narrow so you had that initial understeer moment (had my S1 111S at the time with wider fronts which was so much more planted and suited to the road).
