Very good looking car and as you point out it makes the all important tasty noise
Not far off being given an company car so await to hear how your experience pans out
Presumable the ride is pliant but no M3 style bordering on uncomfortable in town ?
Back seats kiddy friendly ? Perhaps not an issue for you but iso-fix is king for me
I am a huge fan of German cars. They work out of the box and have been honed over many iterations so they are very much "ronseal" in my opinion
Had any late night roundabout fun yet ?
Enjoy Cal

I don't even have the 1.1 , but know exactly what you mean
sorry JJ but I reckon your new wheels are plain boring looking. (not a fan of saloon cars faction)

Might be a good time to dust off the Harry Potters then and have another squint at the photos, as its a couple of doors short of being a saloon car. But thanks for dropping in to tell me you dont like it

Hes far too gay for any of that malarky
50-120mph is comically quick, and thats pre-tuning box.
Wasnt a fan when he said he was getting one but when you are in it, the gadgets, bigscreen tv with the idrive thingy, nice sound system etc etc etc it starts to make sense.

Still looks like a saloon car, even if its a couple of doors short.
Do like the inside of it though

Nice car,
I have had my 330D E90 Saloon now for over 2 years and it's a great car, I went for the 330 as the 335 is auto only in the Dervburner

It's chipped to the same as a 335 but runs a manual box and I get 33MPG around town
They are good well made cars, but the electric power steering is lifeless and gets very very heavy if you fish tail the back end :S Totally agree with you about the runflats - Every pothole I hit (there are loads round here!) I feel like the strut is going to come through the bonnet! Ouch!
Enjoy the beemer, and get another lotus for the weekends
