Fitted mine tonight and took it for a short test drive. They really are superb and I can drive along with just the dipped beam on and see about as much as I did before with full beam. Fitting isn't too bad, rusty bolts the main problem meaning I had to take out my entire wheel arch liner on one side instead of just a small section.

If anyone uses their car at night I'd definitely get a set :thumbsup

JJ, have you seen these:

Thought I might get a pair as the yellow sidelights look pish next to the HIDs :P

Mandy's are also sitting in the box on the dining room table.

So many cars to fix - so little time! :D

Im the same si, I hardly ever switch to full beam now - they are a great add-on.

I have seen the LED sidelights, but having had them before if they are on alone they can look really blue (and in turn sh*t). If they were white it would be good. I`ll let you test them out

I never have just my sidelights on so they might look ok. Plus they're only about a tenner with postage.

Someone on SELOC has tried all the various LED bulbs, and said some were blue-er than others, and came up with the best option; will try and find out which one, or is the one you posted it?

The new front clam that is going on N1 TUT has Gearys twin headlamp conversion on it with the HID kit, but Craig keeps trying to steal it from me.

I bought the LED sidelights from here:
http://www.ultraleds.co.uk/product_info ... cts_id=525
and fitted them today. They look pretty good with the HIDs I reckon and they were only £10ish. Will post pics later.

Mine are still in the box too - no time to fix yet (enjoying my 2Bular and no garage !!)

I bought a set of Philips BlueVision sidelights also, as one of mine is bust - these are very white and should match the HIDs.

Dunno about vast, I've done a grand total of 1 car
If you really want a hand I can but it doesn't take that long provided you follow the instructions that come with them.

I think you should take them off the new clam and just use blanking plates, save a lot of weight.

Er how much would you want for them....
