Good flying, could not put it down on the road, so balanced it on the armco rail for the medic to jump out.

That is what was great with that job, and also flying the police helicopter, no rules, no limits, just use your common sense and ability to try and save life without damaging the helicopter, which of course would not end up with a rescue.
