After the SIDC day i thought i was quite happy to keep my Pug as it was handling just the way i wanted it to, a little lift would bring the back end around, lift some more drift....bit of power away again......but after watching the above video and your others i know i want a Elise

What model/spec was it Andy?

Awesome driving, if i can drive it have as well i will be happy 8) :thumbsup

funny you mention that one Mike. watched it myself last night  Remeber coming back and showing it to my sister who thought it was a computer game, due to the speed of my handmovements with the wheel. Had Kenny and DDTB following me with tears of laughter :D

That was at Teeside in a standard S1 on shagged tyres. There's another clip with Greg R in the car, and a photo of him hands out of the Elise rollercoaster stylee round the big bend :D

It goes to show you how much fun you can have in the standard car, and on totally ruined tyres - one of the best trackdays I've ever had.

Mike one tip for you - get an Elise before FF7. Any Elise. Last year Lucy Lervais was one of the highlights. It rained and we spent the day off the cutting the grass, it wasn't even that great a track. Gutted I didn't put the cam in for that due to my hangover. Sideways all the way

Tom P and I had some epic laps with Walshy chasing us, with the slip angles getting larger and larger, till i tried to show him how it was done, and promptly went off the track (again). Kept the foot in mind you, much to Walshy's amusement! managed a 1080 in tuts car that day with the Ape laughing his ass off while passing me! Can't wait for the next one!

Still have loads of footage from FF6, which I'm getting too slowly. If i can get Premier on this PC today I might try and edit some more this afternoon :D
