Dave, as a mortgage advisor in Edinburgh, if I can help at all let me know. I can at least get you access to cheap solicitors and surveyors. We sometimes get exclusive deals for clients from lenders, either a better rate or cheaper set up fees.
Or make sure the advice you do get is accurate and up to date.
I hope the person you are seeing is not charging any fees for their advice (either on the night you see them, or at any point in the future).
You know, anything I can do, to get someone into as much debt as is possible as well as buy the fastest car they can, well its almost (but not quite) my job description[img][/img]
Thats me just worked out how to attach smilies....no stopping me now...
Pat

No problem, we dont charge fees, have access to all lenders that lend in Scotland. Can do, First time buyers, Home movers, re-mortgage, buy to let, even if you have had some sort of debt problems, we can still help.
The office number is 0131 229 8336
cheers

Bril ..
Collection at your convenience as soon as the fluffy dice and furry steering wheel have been fitted as per your email. Front towing eye is now in situ and rear towbar has also been fitted, again as per your email. PS. Trust me.. I am *sure* it will tow your new caravan!
