Scotty

Best of luck with the new car.

I seem to be out of step with everybody else but personally I don't think that much of the looks of the 2-11, even in my favourite colours of black and yellow. Too bland for me.

However your Exige and your 340R were real eye candy to me

Have a safe run home.

So how many of you turned up for the collection?

Sorry I couldn't make it, Scotty. I had a guy picking up the XTR2 at the same time.

I don't know driving in another way which isn't risky. Each one has to improve himself. Each driver has its limit. My limit is a little bit further than other's.

No worries Mass, will catch up with you soon.

It was a great day yesterday. Graeme made the whole buying experience (apart from not getting a tea or coffee) very good. This car is not just been about ticking boxes and sending the order form away. He has had to do a lot of phone calls/ e-mails to the factory and has bent over backwards to get it here ASAP. Big thanks to him :thumbsup .

I found out yesterday that there card machine is limited to 30k. One guy came in a bought a Vanquish a couple of years ago and they had to put 6 transactions through as he switched the whole 170 odd grand on his switch card  .

Paul G and Verona

All showed up yesterday good to see you all. My mum came down with me and drove the CLK back to Aberdeen, she has fallen in love with it. She has told my brother and I she want’s one for x-mas and could we get a convertible .

What can I say about the car, I am totally over the moon with it. I was not sure about the colours when I ordered it, but it is stunning. The factory loved the colour and are thinking about adding it to there options list. The rain stayed off all the way home, there was a bit of drizzle at Kinross and the sun even came out coming over the cairn. Total result as it was pissing it down all the way down from ABZ. The car feels very quick, even when I am trying to keep the revs below 6k. Its hard as the 6k comes up very quick especially in 2nd and 3rd.

Fingers crossed the rain will go off so I can go play with the launch control and put on a few miles.

I expect Graeme spun some far-fetched yarn that it's the first red with black/white stripes 2-11 in Scotland...

Looks 8) Congrats, Scotty.
