I don't know driving in another way which isn't risky. Each one has to improve himself. Each driver has its limit. My limit is a little bit further than other's.

I put on front AP 295mm rotors and new 42's all round for the trip. Car didn't miss a beat.
Brakes were great (much better than original discs, but the fronts sqeal a bit hot or cold) and with the ABS off you have a good solid pedal with lots of feel. Think I will try 14's on the front next.
